The Russian painter Wassily Kandinsky, well known as an artist of expressionism and pioneer of abstract art, incorporated powerful colours into all his paintings.

For Kandinsky, colours had the very special power to influence the soul in a direct way. In 1925, he created the painting “One Spit”, on which Fischer based this strikingly colourful model in white gold.

The elegant night black in combination with rich fire red, lively soft orange and luminous lotus pink result in an enchanting creation.
