Your role:

Als Marketing Manager bei Fischer verantworten Sie die Sichtbarkeit unserer Marke bei Endkunden und die Kommunikation mit unserem Fachhandel. Sie arbeiten für eine Marke, auf die man stolz sein kann – und bringen das mit, was uns weiterbringt: digitale Expertise, Paid-Erfahrung, KI-Affinität und den Blick für Wirkung. 

Your tasks:
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Website über Elementor: Landingpages, Produktseiten, Tracking
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Auswertung digitaler Kampagnen – von der Konzeption bis zum Reporting
  • Aufbau und Steuerung von Paid-Kampagnen (Meta) im B2C-Bereich
  • Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung unserer Händlerkommunikation
  • Lead-Generierung für neue Fachhändler über digitale Kanäle
  • Erstellung von Inhalten für Händlerkommunikation, Newsletter und Presse
  • Gestaltung von Marketingmaterialien im Rahmen unserer CI (Print und digitale Assets)
  • Steuerung von externen Partnern und interne Koordination
Your profile:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing
  • Praxis in der Planung und Steuerung digitaler Kampagnen mit messbaren Ergebnissen; Vertrautheit mit Lead-Generierung über digitale Kanäle
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CMS (Elementor oder vergleichbar)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung in Content, Analyse und Prozessen
  • Textsicherheit in Deutsch und Englisch, sowie gestalterisches Grundverständnis
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Sie übernehmen Themen vollständig – von der Planung bis zum Abschluss
