Christmas competition December 2024
The competition is organized by J. Fischer & Sohn KG, Kieselbronner Str. 51, 75177 Pforzheim, (hereinafter referred to as "Fischer Trauringe").
All natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old, who have provided the mandatory data correctly and who have accepted these conditions of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of J. Fischer & Sohn KG as well as their relatives and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation.
Participation takes place via the Fischer Trauringe Facebook and Instagram page (https://www.facebook.com/fischertrauringe; https://www.instagram.com/fischertrauringe). To take part in the prize draw, you must subscribe to one or both pages and like and comment (name your favorite ring and tag another person) on the competition post.
Participation via competition clubs, automated entries via competition robots and deliberate false entries are not permitted and will result in the participant being excluded from this competition. The same applies to legally inadmissible and/or immoral comments.
Participation in the "Fischer Vorsteckring" competition is possible from 01.12.2024 up to and including Sunday, 08.12.2024, 23:59. Entries by post or by any other means are not permitted and will not be considered.
1 ring in a selected ring size in 585/- apricot, red, yellow, caramel gold or 600/- platinum will be awarded to all participants who fulfill the competition conditions (as stated in the post). Fischer assumes no liability for the correctness of the ring size. If you do not know your own ring size, we will provide you with a ring measurement set. This will be sent to the winner by Fischer Trauringe and must be returned within 14 days of the ring size being determined. The decoration shown is excluded from the prize. The winners will be notified from Monday, 09.12.2024, exclusively by Fischer Trauringe via direct message or comment on Instagram or Facebook and will be asked to report back via direct message on Instagram or Facebook, stating their full name and a valid recipient address in Germany. If the participant does not respond within three days of being notified of the prize, the entitlement to the prize will lapse and Fischer Trauringe may draw the prize again, excluding the previous winner. The prizes will be sent out by J. Fischer & Sohn KG.
Participation in the competition is free of charge and is not linked to any other services provided by the participant. It is not possible to pay out non-cash prizes in cash. Legal recourse is excluded.
By publishing a user comment under the post, the participant accepts these conditions of participation. The information on data protection is part of these conditions of participation and is also accepted by the participant. Fischer Trauringe reserves the right to change these conditions of participation without prior notice or to cancel the competition without giving reasons if, for technical, legal or other reasons, the proper execution of the competition can no longer be guaranteed.
Fischer Trauringe is entitled to exclude participants in the event of a breach of the conditions of participation. There is no entitlement to participate in or take part in the competition.
Information on data protection
If you win, you must provide your full name, email address and a valid recipient address in Germany. The data will only be used, stored and processed by Fischer Trauringe for the purposes of running the competition and to provide participants with further information about the competition. The participant expressly declares his/her consent to this.
The participant has the right to information or correction of his/her data at any time in accordance with the legal requirements and can revoke his/her consent to the processing of the data at any time in text form by e-mail to marketing@fischer-trauringe.de (subject: "Revocation Fischer Trauringe Vorsteckring -Gewinnspiel") or by post to J. Fischer & Sohn KG, Kieselbronner Str. 51, 75177 Pforzheim with effect for the future. With revocation, the participant also automatically withdraws from the competition.
After the competition has ended and been fully completed, all stored data will be deleted, unless Fischer Trauringe is legally obliged to store the data beyond this.
This competition is in no way connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram. The recipient of the information provided is Fischer Trauringe and the company responsible for running the competition. The information provided will be used solely for the purpose of running the competition. Facebook or Instagram are in no way responsible for the competition.
