The competition is being run by J. Fischer & Sohn KG, Kieselbronner Str. 51, 75177 Pforzheim, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Fischer Trauringe).
All natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years of age, who have correctly provided the required data and who have accepted these terms and conditions are eligible to participate. Employees of J. Fischer & Sohn KG and their relatives, as well as anyone involved in the design and implementation of the competition, are excluded from participation.

Participation via competition clubs, automated entries via competition robots and deliberate false entries are not permitted and will result in the participant being excluded from this competition. The same applies to legally inadmissible and/or immoral comments.
Participation in the competition is possible from December 6, 2025, up to and including Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Entries by mail or participation by other means are not permitted and will not be considered.
All participants who meet the competition conditions (as stated in the post) willbe entered into a prize draw to wina Fischer ball ring "Liebling"in one of the following alloys: 585/- white, yellow, red, or apricot gold, or 950/- platinum with 3 diamonds totaling 0.024 ct. G/si.The winner will receive a direct message from us. The decoration shown is excluded from the prize. The winners will be notified on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, exclusively by Fischer Trauringe direct message on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok and asked to respond via direct message on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, providing their full name, ring size, and a valid recipient address in Germany. If the participant does not respond within three days of being notified of the prize, the claim to the prize expires and Fischer Trauringe raffle the prize again, excluding the previous winner. The prizes will be shipped by J. Fischer & Sohn KG.
Participation in the competition is free of charge and is not linked to any other services provided by the participant. It is not possible to pay out non-cash prizes in cash. Legal recourse is excluded.
By publishing a user comment under the post, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
