Fischer "Liebling" prize draw 2025
The competition is organized by J. Fischer & Sohn KG, Kieselbronner Str. 51, 75177 Pforzheim, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Fischer Trauringe").
All natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old, who have provided the mandatory data correctly and who have accepted these conditions of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of J. Fischer & Sohn KG as well as their relatives and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation.
Participation is via theFischer , Fischer Facebook reel, and TikTok reel.

Participation via competition clubs, automated entries via competition robots and deliberate false entries are not permitted and will result in the participant being excluded from this competition. The same applies to legally inadmissible and/or immoral comments.
Participation in the competition is possible from December 6, 2025, up to and including Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Entries by mail or participation by other means are not permitted and will not be considered.
All participants who meet the competition conditions (as stated in the post) willbe entered into a prize draw to wina Fischer "Liebling"in one of the following alloys: 585/- white, yellow, red, or apricot gold, or 950/- platinum with 3 diamonds totaling 0.024 ct. G/si.The winner will receive a direct message from us. The decoration shown is excluded from the prize. The winners will be notified on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, exclusively by Fischer via direct message on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok and asked to respond via direct message on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, providing their full name, ring size, and a valid recipient address in Germany. If the participant does not respond within three days of being notified of the prize, the claim to the prize expires and Fischer may raffle the prize again, excluding the previous winner. The prizes will be shipped by J. Fischer Sohn KG.
Participation in the competition is free of charge and is not linked to any other services provided by the participant. It is not possible to pay out non-cash prizes in cash. Legal recourse is excluded.
By publishing a user comment under the post, the participant accepts these conditions of participation. The information on data protection is part of these conditions of participation and is also accepted by the participant. Fischer Trauringe reserves the right to change these conditions of participation without prior notice or to cancel the competition without giving reasons if the proper conduct of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical, legal or other reasons.
Fischer Trauringe is entitled to exclude participants in the event of a breach of the conditions of participation. There is no entitlement to participate in or take part in the competition.
Information on data protection
If you win, you must provide your full name, e-mail address and a valid recipient address in Germany. The data will only be used, stored and processed by Fischer Trauringe for the purpose of running the competition and to provide participants with further information about the competition. The participant expressly declares his/her consent to this.
The participant has the right to information or correction of his/her data at any time in accordance with the legal requirements and can revoke his/her consent to the processing of the data at any time in text form by e-mail to marketing@fischer-trauringe.de (subject: "Revocation Fischer Trauringe Gewinnspiel") or by post to J. Fischer & Sohn KG, Kieselbronner Str. 51, 75177 Pforzheim with effect for the future. With revocation, the participant also automatically withdraws from the competition.
After the competition has ended and been fully completed, all stored data will be deleted, unless Fischer Trauringe is legally obliged to store the data beyond this.
